French Open
The French Open (also called the Roland Garros) is the most prestigious event of the clay court season and is held at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris.

WTA Tour Finals
The WTA Finals is a tennis tournament played annually at the end of the season for the top-ranked players on the WTA tour.
Monte-Carlo Masters
First held in 1897, the tournament is the first major tournament of the year played on clay – the other two being the Madrid Open and the Italian Open.
Italian Open
The Italian Open (called the Internazionali BNL d’Italia) is a red clay tournament held at the Foro Italico in Rome.
Barcelona Open
The Barcelona Open celebrated it’s 60th anniversary in 2012. Spanish players have won the title 11 times, with Nadal winning the trophy on eight occasions.
Madrid Open
The Madrid Open, currently sponsored by Mutua Madrileña, is held in early May just before the French Open.
Sydney International
The tournament is played annually at the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre in Homebush as a warm-up to the Australian Open.
Brisbane International
The Brisbane International is held annually in January at the Queensland Tennis Centre just before the Australian Open.
Dubai Championships
The championship is held in the United Arab Emirates on outdoor hardcourts. The tournament includes both a men’s and women’s event.
Swiss Indoors ATP
The Swiss Indoors is part of the World Tour 500 Series of the ATP Tour. It is held annually at the St. Jakobshalle in Basel, Switzerland.
