We retain holiday enquiries on our database for a period of 2 years, once that period is passed the record is deleted from our database. Client data related to holiday bookings are kept for a period of 10 years.

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

If you send Roger Walker Tennis Holidays an enquiry about a holiday, we collect information about you to process your enquiry. Using that information, we will either email or phone you about the resort and the accommodation available.
If you decide to place a booking with us additional personal information will be collected to facilitate the booking of the holiday and the accommodation. We only collect information necessary to book the holiday and ensure we understand the needs of your group.
